The Perfect DVR

My perfect DVR :

Must have:
1. Records HDTV
2. Capability to record 2 programs at once and watch a third, previously recorded (DirectTV, Dish Network, LG Electronics does this)
3. No video degradation in live tv (happens when viewing Analog tv)
4. Ethernet/wifi/web capable to dl programming and updates
5. Hard Drive upgradeable - support for largest hard drives on the market and the option to add a second hard drive of the same size (This is not supported by the manufacturer, but I at least want the ablility to hack it)
6. Web server built in to enable me to setup program recordings from the web

Wishlist:
1. Voom/directtv/dish/cable compatible
2. 1394 or usb connection to external HD to offload programs (LG Electronics has a 1394 port. Don't know if you can offload video to an external HD though)
3. No monthly fee (Dish Network does this)
4. Fast tv listing scrolling (Tivos's interface is slow. I can't stand it)
5. Ability to play recorded video/audio on any tv in the home (Voom's new dvr does this)
6. Ability to stream video/audio over the web (snapstream does this)


Can someone offer any suggestions?
