They're here again...

He's outside running direct burial cable, it's orange and beefy and looks the part.
He's wired the superdish up and grounded it.
I'll post some pics later.
I don't know if this will help with the 105 probs but he sure does some *very* nice work.
 
This is the first time I've been happy with an install.
He replaced the cable with flood rated co-ax.
He grounded the dish properly.
He buried all the cable.
The 301 and the 522 were both tested on both lines from the SW34, it turns out the 522 is faulty and intermittently drops the signal on all 3 satellites on both inputs, Dish have sent out another 522.
Signal levels are good.
The wiring is exactly as I would have done it.

Cliff's done a truly superb job. I honestly can't say enough about this guy.

He even put terminators on the cascading ports :shocked :shocked

That is a nice job... do you get alot of freezes where you are? if so those zip ties wont last terribly long.
