Thinking about moving, need input

I live in SE KY. I get my locals out of Knoxville, TN. I would love to get the networks in HD. I am thinking about "moving". Where could I move to to get the local HD. I have a dish 1000. Don't want to screw up and pick some place with a spot beam. Do I just pull an address out of the air? Any help very much appreciated.
