Thinking about switching 2 Direct TV

hey quick question....

I am currently with Dishnetwork..... Tired of limited programing and compression issues... I am on what is called a "Free for all" where I bought the dvr and I get a $5.00 credit for 30 mths.... but I am on no contract.... I had to do the "Free for all" because I went thru a divorce and ex-wife screwed my credit... does Direct TV offer something similar where I can buy the equipment and avoid the credit issue??? and get something like the "Free for all"

With poor credit directv will require a 150 up front for standard and 200 up front... deposit. It will be credited back $10 a month for 15 or 20 months. 200 is for hd or a dvr. (advanced products.)
