From the article, it appears AT&T is the current majority Telco company in Michigan, so it appears a lot of Project Slowspeed will be deployed. Those lucky enough to have Verizon as their Telco company in Michigan may see a faster deployment of FIOS in the near future. Wish NY State passed similar legislation.
