I have noticed on some websites that some receivers are advertised with built in Digicipher2. Is that true? Are there receivers out there that can pick up the fta listed channels that are digiciipher?

Not sure. Sounds like a possible infringement against Motorola if it's not a Motorola or GI box. Whats the brand name of the box??
