I guess TWC proceeds more cautiously when the #1 and #2 markets are involved.
Here in Milwaukee, we are now in day 5 of a TWC blackout of our NBC affiliate. They started by blacking out the subchannels and replacing them with their crawler. That lasted 2 weeks before the main channel went down last Wednesday night.
Of course, since it was NBC, nobody really noticed
However the station owns the local Packer broadcast rights, so it should come to a head in the next couple of weeks. Hell to pay if even a pre-season game is unavailable.
