what is the strongest transponder on Intelsat 707 at 53.0°W

I get something @ 3718 V 3925 without a dielectric plate in the feed. And that's all I get.

get that the same here but H & V with a dual cband feed
also Chilean mux
3932 R (v) DVB-S 4340 got it to scan in on s-9 but not watchable
need to add the dielectric and see then
