True South How Do I find it?

I am trying to find out what my correct true south is. I was told 16 E but on another calc it says West

you didnt subratct 14-16 from the azimuth. Thats where I got G13
Satmex is at 180.4 before the subraction
G13 is at 129 and is at 197.8..it could be that or the satellite at 127

Subtracting the magnetic deviation from the Azimuth does not change his true south satellite, just where he points to find it?

Ours is at T6, which is at 179.8

His magnetic deviation is + 16 deg. approx.

according to Sadoun, Idaho has a -16 magnetic
Ours in MN is -4
