trying to find what satellite this is?

I have been working on trying to figure out what satellite these transponders are broadcasting on its around galaxy 28? transponder 12132 symbol rate 10370 V 3/4 and transponder 11801 symbol rate 26660 V 3/4. I am using slimline dish modded with superdish lnb. the channels that come in are Baltimore St, Atlanta St, Dallas st, Seattle st, Baltimore st, Baltimore st. 10 channels altogether only one channel in the clear its says Balt CCC with color bars. any thought on this?

yes that is the 89* satellite Galaxy 28. Should be a hearst feed and alot of abc news feeds on there also as well as a channel called BYU that has a voice over ever 5 second saying "Spanish".

the BYU is DVB-S2 and Dan still is using a couple DVB receivers
