Trying to get a slimline installed

After much effort and ingenuity between a patient installer and me, we finally got a Slimline dish installed on my apartment balcony. All satellite signals are coming in fine now. The only problem is that the balcony railing is one of those vinyl ones so if a big wind comes, the railing is going to shake and I'm guessing my signal is going to be lost too. He said to call them if there's a problem so the only thing I think we can do better is to move the setup all the way to the left toward the wall so it's sturdier.

Looks like a safety hazard. Got insurance?

I too would like to know the answer to this question as to how? I live on the 3rd floor in an apartment building so it's not like I can run a ground rod like in my past houses or tie to a water pipe.

I plan on doing braces, just waiting for the building to get painted so they don't make me get rid of it completely.
Ask an electrician?

Any of these possible
Acceptable central building ground points
• Grounded interior metal cold water pipe within five feet of the
point where it enters the building.
• Grounded metallic service raceway.
• Grounded electrical service equipment enclosure.
Unfortunately I don't see any of these near the dish. The only metal thing I can see is the ceiling porch light.
