Two VIP 211's Question:

I have two VIP 211's each connected to a separate HD television.
Am I supposed to be paying a lease fee for each 211 or just for one?

Typically just one of them. The lease fee is included in the package price for the primary receiver/DVR unless you have a "special" package.
