UHF remote

How can I get dish to understand that I need a UHF remote? So far I have received two ir remotes and a 622 receiver! This process has taken almost three weeks. Now I know why dish is so expensive they spend all the money on shipping and return shipping. Heck the last remote was overnight.

What model# have they sent you? Models 6.4 and 21.0 are IR/UHF.

Which remote have they sent you some are both UHF and IR just by replacing a key in the bottom of the remote green for Ir and blue or black for UHF.

20.1 is not a UHF/IR it is IR only. 21.0, and 21.1 are UHF/IR Pro......

Will you please send me a PM with your phone number or account number? The proper replacement remote that we would send for a 622 is a 21.1, so the order was likely made for the wrong receiver.
