Undo APP Update on iPhone

Is there a way to revert an app back to the previous version before an update? I have the MLB APP on my iPhone and they always showed 1 to 2 games on video each day. Since the update they took away the ability to WATCH games (you can still listen to them) unless you purchase the MLB premium online subscription. I want to go back to version 1.3 so I can go back to being able to watch the games.

NOTE: Those with the MLB At Bat iPhone APP, DO NOT DO THE UPDATE!!!

If you happen to have a copy of the older .ipa file somewhere, use that to replace the one in itunes and delete it off the phone, then sync.

I did the update on the phone, so my iTunes still has the old version. If I sync, won't the iTunes version be updated to the latest one?

In this case I can just delete the app off of the phone and then sync my phone with the older APP in iTunes???

You can also restore to a backup that had the old application.
