Universal Remote for Traxis DBS-3500?

Someone gave my mother-in-law a Traxis DBS3500. I went to WSI in Atlanta and got a dual input LNB so she can watch Thai stations in one room while my father-in-law watches in another. She only got the receiver with no remote control. Do any of the cheap universal remotes support this receiver?

I assume WSI has replacement remotes...either call them or PM WSI (or since your close you can go there)
