Well we had one old man and two large boys ;) I guess the lifter wasn't that heavy putting up but all together I'll bet there is a hundred pounds. Definately better than manhandlin' the dish like I did the Winegard.
 
Well after a visit to the Satellite yard, I have a new sensor, a 4DTV receiver, and some SuperDish parts to play with.
Not exactly the same sensor but it's working just fine. Now to tune this dish and watch some TV!

I can see the threaded rod and nut, but what did the chain connect to on the other side of that lifter?

See the first pic in post #18, the unit installed. The chains wrap around and go thru capture holes.
