If you have not got the update then here is what you do.

Press PIP on your remote
Then press Swap
The close the PIP Window

Now press the power button on your remote to power off the receiver.

Check it in a half hour you should have the new software.

Is there a way to get my receiver to not download the update (if it hasn't already)? I'm not sure I want to wait 4 seconds between changing channels.

Also, I don't know it this update will fix the video choppiness or not (I have my doubts), but does it seem like this receiver just keeps getting worse and worse with each update they release?

What about the 211? My picture likes to jump around for 5-10 seconds every 20 minutes or so.
