Upgrade package vs Sling adapter vs Netflix?

I've got about $120 to spare after Christmas and am debating between those three options to beef up our entertainment lives. Right now I'm on the HD-only bronze plan and would be upgrading to the Americas top 120 with HD. We've all got iPhones in the family and would use them with the Sling adapter. We also have a wii for watching netflix.

I use my Wii for Netflix and hardly use the sling adapter. I have a $100 apple TVto use iTunes and Netflix and I use it the most.

Are those mutually exclusive options? I personally went with HD250, the Sling Adapter, and a Netflix subscription.

Also, get an xbox 360 to stream Netflix. With a fast Internet connection and the hdmi hook-up, you will appreciate the quality of the picture that much more.
