If it's the same channel Cablevision carries, Euronews is nothing special. BBC World is much better IMO, but that's just my taste for the international take on news around the world.
I like Euronews because it is real NEWS, not opinions.
CNN / FoxNews, MSNBC etc are ENTERTAINMENT CHANNELS compaired to Euronews.

Is ESPNU being pulled from the free preview Dish's fault or ESPN's? Looking at ESPN's site for the games on Gameplan this week I don't see the OSU/Indiana game listed, but the games on ESPN and ESPN2 games are. Wonder if this is ESPN wanting to upgrade to ESPNU. They are playing Indiana though. This game should probably be run ruled.

What I'm saying is that its ridiculous that they cut the preview short because of this game. It was supposed to go through Nov. 1st.
The three HD channels in the 650x range are no longer there. Channels on 129 TP 30 are fake mpeg4 and the ones on 61.5 TP2 have been real mpeg4.
129W Tp30 is the fubared transponder. Its got 4 mpeg2 HD channels on it. Meanwhile, FoodHD is all by its lonesome on Tp27. I swear they have monkeys running this thing.

Looks like the test of HGHD at MPEG4 was a success. They remapped it over to the MPEG4 one and killed the map to the MPEG2 one.
