Why does DISH uplink channels but not make them available? In this case, the recent national HD channels at 110 for AK/HI subs. Are they doing some kind of testing? Just wondering.

Why does DISH uplink channels but not make them available? In this case, the recent national HD channels at 110 for AK/HI subs. Are they doing some kind of testing? Just wondering.

Many times E* will uplink channels, test them for quality, and sometime later make them available to subscribers. This is the usual procedure for E*. However, sometimes it takes a long time for those channels to become available.
