Urgent Help May miss Cowboy Game ?

I just cut off my Dish the other day and of course the Cowboys are on NFL network tomorrow night! I don't live in Dallas so I can not get it via OTA.

My Parents are coming into town tomorrow and I am asking my dad to bring his older bedroom directv box. I have a old single LNB direcTv dish I can hook up. I am assuming this will work?

Can I get HD? Can I point the old single LNB dish at what ever satellite is broadcasting the NFL network in HD? My dad has a new MP4 box but I am assuming since I don't have a 5 LNB directv dish I can't get it to work. But the only channel I care about is NFL Network.
