using existing 722 EHD to transfer to Hopper

I am replacing my 3 DVR's with a Hopper and 2 Joeys. Will my existing recordings on my EHD transfer to the new Hopper?

Yes, but you don't need to transfer them to the Hopper. You can leave them on the EHD and view them from there.

It looks like you may be downgrading depending on the receivers you currently have. At most you have 6 sat tuner, at least just 3 while one Hopper only has 3. If any or all your current receivers are duo tuners you will have less.

I am now going to get 2 Hoppers and one joey. Won't this allow 6 programs to be recorded at one time
