I don't think so. If I recall correctly, that mode of encryption was for analog satellite signals and was phased out in the last year. Maybe a couple channels left (weather?) but I don't think any commercial services support the technology.

Nothing left in analog that'll sell us a subscription (ESPN/ESPN2 & Weather Ch are the only VC2 feeds left that i know of ). They might be worth something to a recycler of electronics .
