Viewsat VS2000 Extreme Problems

So I'm VERY new to this FTA thing. I got a Viewsat VS2000 Extreme. I got through loading channels and satellite info using Channel Master. I have StarChoice as my primary service and had the dish professionally installed, but when I try to set my antenna settings I get a Signal below 80% on ALL the satellites and a fluxuating Quality that never goes over 75%. So with the low S and Q level combined when I do a channel scan I find NOTHING. So hopefully someone here can help me out. If anymore info is needed just I will gladly post it to get this system working.

So what channels are you trying to get? Do you only have the starchoice dish pointed at SC sats?

Im trying to get the channels off the EchoStar 7 sat. The Dish is pointed at a Star Choice sat.

what channels? Not much there that in the clear, it's mostly encrypted and using that viewsat to get encrypted channels would be stealing and is illegal and will result in a ban from this site.
