VIP 622 - Caller ID

I've noticed that the caller id doesn't always work on my 622? Is this a known issue or do I have a faulty modem? New unit just a week old.

All other caller ids in the house pick up the call and show the details... the 622 just acts as if no call came through....

Mine used to do that but has started working all the time with the new software download.

how many other caller id devices and phones do you have on the same line? The voltage might be dropping past the point where the 622 can detect it.

One phone with built in callerid, and one callerid box, and another phone..

So---really just three items connected to line before I include the 622
