VIP 722k are still available?

I read in other posts and web sites that VIP 722k are no longer available and are swap for a Hopper Duo.

My VIP 722k was dead (no light, no output and high pitch sound of the fan). I call to DISH and offer me a hopper with sling, required two years of commitment but I refuse, the CSR offered a swap without a return.

I received an email with the information that sent me a VIP 722k and need to send the old receiver.

My question is, for Puerto Rico residents there are no swap for Hopper Duo?

Who is correct, the CSR or the email, to return the old equipment?

First, you don't want a duo or an HWS. Hopper 3 is the way to go

It's been posted here that there may be some ViP722 series in stock for like kind replacements. Maybe not. Maybe they're out. Maybe they have crazy rules for PR.

If there are any, I'll bet they're on the shelf next to 222 and 411 units!
