Are VIP receivers still being installed and activated for new customers?
Can VIP 211s still be activated?
I don't know about 211's because we haven't seen any in a long, long time but 211K's or 211Z's can be activated on an existing VIP or Hopper account as long as there's no Wally's on the account.
