VIP222 remote setup

I am having some issues with my remote setup, my primary remote address list 1 and is set as IR, which is what I want, and the second one shows 17 and is set as UHF Pro Band A, my remote for tv2 quit working so I got a new one from dish. When I try to set it up it will program to TV1 and set it as IR/UHF Pro Band B, how do I program this remote to tv2, and it set as UHF on the remote.

Does the new remote have a green number one or blue number two at the bottom of it?
