VOD Recordings disappearing after nightly updates

Is anyone else experiencing this? I'm becomning so annoyed with this happening every night. Each day I hope hope the previous update fixed whatever bug is causing this but, without fail the next morning, my VOD events are gone I have the "You have no rented titles" BUT the space they were taking on my hard drive hasn't been restored. I probably have a good 10-20 hours of hard drive space unaccounted for at this point (which is a big chunk on a 722 receiver)

What's more frustrating is that I can look at the "DVR Recordings" section on the Dish Mobile App and the VOD events are still listed there, but I cannot delete them from the app.

What's going on here?
 
You likely can see them if you go into the on demand menu, where you first found them to download, and it should say rented. Otherwise, it's just a matter familiar from the military. 'Hurry up and wait'
