VOIP for phoneline and Direct

I was wondering if you could use VOIP for the phone line connection for the DVR. I don't have a landline. I don't order much PPV stuff but if I wanted to, will this type of connection work. I have a Magic Jack.

Why does it matter - why don't you just order your PPV online - it also authorizes the events for ALL your receivers, too...

VOIP (Vonage) works with my DVRs.

I don't hear well on the phone. If you mean on the Directv web site then, yes that would be ok. I wouldn't have a problem with that!
