VOOM Ad

There is a 30-minute VOOM ad running as I type on my local Fox channel. I know, I know...it was purchased long ago but it is ironic...urging people to go to Voom.com or call the 800 number to get all that wonderful HD programming. Kind of like watching a home video of someone who just died.

Saw an ad just half hour ago again on Discovery HD too. I am sure the logs and tapes were already set for the weekend with the call came to cancel.

I just saw a voom commercial on discovery HD at about 7:56 CST while watching "Delta Company road to Baghdad". This is on Sunday evening...

Brandsmart is still advertising a 300.00 voom rebate on their website.

Come on people.

Advertising is planned well in advance and they can't simply "yank" an ad. There are dollars, planning, and air time that are involved.

You will continue to see tv ads as well as print ads for a while.
