VOom charge for service calls?

Dur to poor ota reception ever since voom was installed, I called and they are sending out the installer to try an upgraded antenna. The cs never mentioned any charge for this, is there?

I'm pretty sure they only charge if its out of the "norm".... Like if they have to do a poll mount or something along those lines... I'm sure the installer will give you all the details when he shows up. You would have to agree to the charges before he can do anything..
