This post concerns the many irritating and judgmental posts by
Robert Heitner especially those directed to Ken this week.
Robert, you should read Wilts reply to Ken to see that there is
another type of class other than low. Since when did Robert Heitner
become the self appointed arbitrator of which posts are worthy and
which are not? Why don't you just give us a break and let people
post without you commenting. Contrary to what you must think, we are
not all anxiously awaiting your next witty(not) response to anybody
who might have a comment that's not gushing with praise for VOOM.
I thought Ken's post was very well written and informative. It was a
little long but it seemed that was necessary to convey his story. The
most distressing part was people like you responding and including
the total text of his post over and over again. To top that off you
continued a running wearisome dialog getting more caustic with each
post.
It's not for you to tell people to like VOOM or shut up. Neither
is it your prerogative to tell them to quit comparing to D* or cancel
VOOM and switch. We all LIKE VOOM or we would have already
canceled. However, the constant reboots, PQ burps and belches and
other irritations of a service that is not yet ready for primetime is
very annoying and we all have a right to inform them of our annoyance
as often as we choose. If you don't like it.... well.... then you
know how some of us feel about your posts.
