Has anyone noticed that VOOM's tagline is "Life in High Definition"

Man that is awefully close to Dish Networks new HD Tagline...
"Live Life in High Definition"

I wonder who is going to sue who over the phrase "Life in High Definition"?

Just something to think about.

hmm, I live my life in Ultra HD everyday, with or without these providers.

Yeah, well, somehow I get to live my life in 3D. That's a bunch better than HD which is only in 2D.
