Oh man, I'm stupid. I posted this thread as a complaint because I thought that they had charged me double when they had promised me a 2 month credit. Just got a call back from the Escalation Department, the $243 I saw on my account was a credit, not a charge (guess I missed the parenthesis around the amount). My mistake, Voom did come through and kept their word to give me the credit. Sorry for the mistake, and THANKS VOOM!
