Voom's new upgrade eliptical dish?

I've been "on the list" to receive a 30" dish for about a month now, but they have been unable to ship it. I wonder if they are holding up 24" and 30" installs untill they can ship the new eliptical?

I got a 24" installed a week ago, so at least some upgraded installs are going ahead.
