It is interesting, but having to wait up to 3 hours to watch a movie can be a pain.

Waiting isnt a biggie for me, just start it well ahead of time. Ive done the same with Directv on Demand.

My issue is, there is a 30day wait after media release, plus Vudu does not get ANY MGM movies.

Im not adding another box, nor am I interested in becoming an early adopter of a format without full support. Just aint interested after the whole HDDVD/BR deal.

The idea of downloading the HDX movies is very appealing, but only if it had FULL studio support and ALL new releases would be on HDX within 30 days. It aint there yet.

I would be tempted if they had subscription service. $6 for HDX, which still is somewhere between DVD and BR in quality? I'll save my $300 and stick with my cable system's HD PPV if I'm desperate to watch a newer release immediately.
