Wanna go HD.. Need input..

Looking at my bill this morning I noticed a Free HD for 6 mos. offer, with Free upgrade to DVR Receiver. Checked for locals and I get 3 in HD, so at this point it should be the same price (for 6 months) as my current 250+locals. Anything I'm missing here?
Also, will I get the 622 or the 722? I would prefer the 722 for the extra recording time.
