My local Safeway sometimes has a gourmet burger in the meat dept. It is 93% ground beef, bacon, and cheddar cheese pre-shaped into burger size, about 1/3 lb size. Mmmmmm......

I often grind bacon ends into my mixture when making venison sausage (summer sausage, bratwurst, etc.).
