Want to watch Fox and CNN news

Writing from South Africa i can receive the scrambled signal of Fox and CNN from Telstar 12.Please advise how i can subsribe legally to enable me to watch the transmissions.

Try calling http://www.dstv.com/; if they don't ask them who. Those are encrypted signals likely for a pay TV company.

Contacted the web address but they are unable to assist me.Is there a pay TV Company in the States who carries the Fox news channel?
