Ah yes, all HD media are created equal.... but some are more equal than others....
Once again, it seems that most who back BluRay do so because they think they are the only ones that can achieve total victory, regardless of which format has more advantages. No region coding, better interactivity (right now available + easier to program which is cheaper to produce for the studios), and cheaper design and replication costs (whether or not those costs get transferred to the consumer or not) make HD DVD the format people should get behind.
