Lincoln, Ne--looks okay except for one stations location--KHGI (13)-ABC is listed as North Platte, Ne --actual location is Kearney, Ne

Why go by the "city of license" ? That makes zero sense to the average viewer. The viewing "market" is Dayton, not Springfield. WBDT advertises themselves as a Dayton station and their studio is located in Dayton.

6425 - 8624 – KUNS 51 – Reads: La Grande? … Shouldn’t it be Seattle?
8622 – KVOS 35 – Reads IND…It is MEtv … still IND?

We have this situation too with our local Ion affiliate, WPXW. It's listed in The List! as Manassas VA, but they moved their offices to Fairfax Station VA and their transmitter to DC at the digital transition. Nothing is left in Manassas except for the FCC license.
If you have the time to go though the 18000 + licenses in the FCC database and then web search each one for local nomenclature , you can do it.
