Man the new D web site is slower than the last site. You have to look hard to fine your account even harder to fine to customer support. You also have to call to drop a premium.Check your account i drop HBO after 6 months and they tried to get me for a disconnect free. How many people like the new site.

Seems like a lot of stuff requires that you call in to drop it. Guess they want a shot at talking you out of it or giving you a credit.

They ought to just have the web site say "ya wanna keep it for a $10 a month credit for six months?". Silly that they make it a subjective call by a CSR. What a waste of resources.
