Weird issue

A few days ago my radio started acting funny.

My power plug is dead when my car is off. So when I turn my car on the radio boots like normal. Then the screen turns black and says searching. After 30-45 seconds it says channel unavailable then changes to another channel. Now if I go back to the "unavailable" channel comes in normal.

I've try a factory reset, and did 3 refreshes and still no fix.

Any suggestions?

Even though I'm listening to a old channel but they updated channels in the 9th wonder if that has anything to do with it?

Has anyone fixed this issue yet? I'm still having trouble tuning in from time to time.

Basically the issue occurs something like this. Power on the radio and the screen says it 'loading'. The channel never loads and it goes to channel 1, the preview channel. You have to either start over or press buttons to try and get to your channel.

Sometimes you power on and cannot get any channels to load. You have to completely disconnect the unit from power for a minute or two and then try again.

I sent a refresh signal a few weeks ago but still have trouble from time to time.

Ideas?

Oddly mine works again most of the time. Not sure what's going on.
