And now Note 2. As much as I thought the size would be a hindrance, I may be changing my mind. Its nice, of course very new as well.

In another week or so, you will be wondering how you worked with smaller phones -- and any iphone will seem tiny by comparison.

I still think it has a lot to do with the operating system that you are using, but I don't disagree. I am already spoiled with it. It is just so nice to have the real estate with android. I'm sold on this aspect of it completely.

Battery life seems fantastic, and reception seems as good as any phone I've recently had as well. Looking forward to a full day with it to really test it out

New Note 2 rooted and now have 4.1.1 and a lot of the same things I loved about the nexus ported over (keyboard, smaller notifications, etc).

Love it. This is the prototype for all my future phones.

I'm thinking two weeks

It might be as long as it takes the Galaxy S4 to go GA. Then it'll be:
iPhone X too small... Note 2 too big... Galaxy S4 just right (for a couple of months).

But it's his money and his choice too... plus we get to be the peanut gallery!

I am sold on this device after a few days. The battery life coupled with the screen makes a very nice combo. Best battery life I've had from a phone, and trust me when I say that it has gotten heavy usage. Might make me reconsider keeping the nexus 7 I just bought.

Just give me your Note 2 and you will never have to ponder over it again. :)

LG Optimus Zip (Android) with a slide out keyboard from Straight Talk. I get service everywhere that I go on call except really remote locations and even in some areas, I still get coverage.

It does look really nice. I'm also considering the HTC One. I don't like the non removable battery, but I don't think it is really an issue.
