What to do with chicken?

hello everyone! I love chicken and I prepare it very often... but unfortunately mostly in the same way..fried or roasted with various herbs and spices..once I filled it with mozzarella and it was amazing but I want something new now..what is your favourite chicken recipe?

Chicken cordon bleu is a fav. I also like Teriyaki chicken.

Once you try chicken (& steak) sous vide, you'll be a convert.

You can get a sous vide cooker for less than £100, and a very nice one for under £200.

I use Joule, but Anova is also good (not quite as accurate and has a narrower water depth for operating in).

Of course, you add whatever flavorings you want. And for the steak, especially, you may want to sear it at the end. TENDER!

I like to wrap split breasts in foil with rub, sliced mushrooms and a half slice of bacon and cook on grill for about 7 minutes a side...

I think I'll try that with thighs. We prefer them to breasts. Cheaper, too.

Mine would be breasts in mushroom gravy. I sweat some onion and lightly sear the breasts in a dutch oven. Then I add a can each of golden mushroom soup and cream of mushroom. Add some chopped red bell pepper and a small carton of sliced portabellos Cover and simmer until done. Serve over some jasmine rice and some steamed broccoli.
