If someone wants to create a list of HD Premiums they can in another thread as the conversations should remain separate.

You've got to be kidding. We pay good money for our premium channels and deserve the HD versions, as opposed to the pedestrian channels you listed.

Create your own thread and list all the Premium HD channels you want. Someone else can create one for the HD Sports D* doesn't carry.
No need to hi-jack the man's thread.
