Corned beef hash sounded good. Thanks dfergie. Cooked some up crispy the way I like it and topped it off with 2 OE eggs and some green chile sauce. Coffee.

I do bacon when I'm feeling rich, LOL Sausages and ham too. The grill is my old Weber which usually has GrillGrates on it. But I wanted to do breakfast outside. I didn't want to get a Blackstone so I built a griddle insert for the Weber, cheap. Turned out really well and I'm lovin it. Made pork fried rice last night. :hungry

My, "I'm finally out of quarantine" breakfast. The "Foxtrot" from Stripes. Poached eggs on a fresh made biscuit with shaved ham, smothered with green chile hollandaise sauce with papitas & fruit. New Mexico Pinon Coffee.
