Disaster burrito. In this case a disaster is a good thing. Eggs, bacon, beans, in a flour tortilla covered in papitas, green chile sauce and cheddar cheese. It's quite a pile up. Coffee.

Cooked biscuit, scrambled egg, hatch green chile, hashbrown, sausage casserole Sunday night for this week... quartered up. w/milk this morning..
One chile relleno, one cheese enchilada, one egg over medium with pinto beans and potatoes. Covered in red and green chile sauce. Coffee.
It's only 18 degrees this morning. So I think I'll do indoor chores today after I get the pellet stove fired up. Then maybe a nap in front of the fire with the dog.

Branden, Greyson And I just arrived at K's Drive Inn from the gym. I'm having an extra large bowl of lobster chowder, toast and Kona coffee.
