I have more homemade sausage thawing, thinking sausage, bell pepper, jalapeño, scrambled egg mix in morning... (hamburger sized smashed sausage, thick bacon, eggs over easy on top of corned beef hash & gravy was this mornings fare)

Just got through cooking sausage, bell pepper, jalapeño, hash brown scrambled egg mix and making into burritos with cheese for some of this weeks breakfasts... Had the latter above early this morning with milk for breakfast.

Chorizo, hash browns, egg and cheddar smothered in green chile sauce and more cheese. NM pinon coffee with honey from a local beekeeper.

Refried beans, scrambled eggs, pan fried potato, green chile and shredded cheddar tucked into a soft tortilla. Coffee with *red chile honey.

A pile of hash browns covered with green chile sauce and cheddar topped with an over easy egg. Sausage links and a warm buttered tortilla on the side. Coffee.
